  • As a Business Developer, you won’t just be chasing leads. You’ll be creating meaningful partnerships that stand the test of time. You will focus on building strong, lasting relationships with clients while helping them elevate their properties through enhancements and new service agreements. You’ll bring strategy and follow-through to every interaction, supported by a team that’s dedicated to your success and the success of our clients.

  • You’ll lead the charge on growing our business, selling enhancement work and new maintenance contracts to high-end clientele. You’ll follow our structured proposal calendar, stay closely connected with clients, and deliver timely, polished communication. 

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Relationship Management

    • Maintain consistent communication with all assigned property managers (at least once every three weeks), and respond to all client calls the same business day—immediately if it’s an emergency. Build trust and rapport with HOA board members and decision-makers, ensuring each property receives the attention it deserves.

    Sales Goals

    • Sell a minimum of $750,000 in new maintenance contracts annually.

    • Produce enhancement sales equivalent to 50% of your current portfolio, at an average 50% gross margin.

    • Estimate at least $3,000,000 in new maintenance opportunities (25% close rate = $750K in sales).

    Operational Collaboration

    • Work directly with production crews to ensure each job is delivered efficiently and up to Pine Ridge standards. Inspect every property at least monthly and manage all subcontracted work with precision. Deliver proposals within three business days of a request.

    Accountability & Culture

    • You’ll be expected to participate in evening or Saturday meetings when needed, maintain company equipment and vehicles respectfully, and actively engage in trade organizations to keep your finger on the pulse of the industry.
