Maintenance The proper year-round maintenance of your property is the corner stone to a good landscape.  Keeping your property mowed, edged, and trim is the first step to establishing an attractive landscape. Although we know that all of our customers have their own individual needs, the maintenance department offers all the services that are essential to every landscape. Our maintenance program is done by contract and generally includes the following services: Comprehensive turf mowing services that include mowing, trimming, and edging walk ways and curbs. During the summer months, the mowing is generally done every seven to ten days. Turf Maintenance that includes seasonal application of fertilizers, Broadleaf, and grassy weed control, as well as basic insect and disease control. Turf enhancement services that include turf aeration, turf over seeding, and lime Fall clean-up and leaf management In addition to these services, the maintenance department offers an ornamental bed maintenance program that includes: Spring clean-up Bed definition and weeding Mulch application Pruning shrubs and trees Fertilizer application Insect and disease control through Integrated Pest Management The maintenance program also offers comprehensive snow management that includes plowing, sanding, salting, and side walk coverage, but it is only available to those with a year round maintenance program.
