Not all problems can be fixed the same day, but we will show up and make an assessment of the repair the same day, guaranteed. Our staff is highly trained in all aspects of irrigation maintenance and repair. Our irrigation manager is a Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC). The CIC designation is given by the national Irrigation Association (IA). This is the ultimate professional designation in the irrigation industry. In order to receive the CIC, one must have many years of experience and training and pass a rigorous exam that 70% of test takers fail the first time. The irrigation manager is also a Certified Irrigation Auditor (CLIA). The CLIA has received special training in the maintenance of irrigation systems. The goal of all irrigation systems is 85% efficiency, i.e. using the least amount of water to get the job done. The customers who have a well performing landscape, reasonable water bills, and an efficient use of water are those customers who are pleased with their irrigation system and landscape. The inspection service allows the technician to change the timing on the controller so that it is running appropriately for the time of year. The inspections are scheduled 30 to 45 days apart. The technician will make adjustments to heads that are spraying in the road or on buildings. Nozzles will be unclogged and adjusted to cover dry spots in the landscape. The backflow is checked for proper operation. The entire property is checked for leaks and broken pipes.
